Billing and Refund Policy
Global Landscape Services LLC bills its clients (attendees) in advance for the entry tickets to the Affiliate Expo Conference event. The cost of the ticket varies based on the desired ticket category, as described in the tickets’ PRICING SECTION

A total of 500 qualified affiliates, as detailed on THIS PAGE, are eligible for free tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is processed when the user selects the desired ticket and clicks on the ‘Buy’ button. At this point, the user will be redirected to our payment processor, which will handle the payment on our behalf.
To purchase a ticket for the Affiliate Expo Conference, we require a valid credit card registered with our payment processor, which will be used to charge the selected ticket price. The outstanding amounts will be charged to the card on file with the payment processor, unless you request – and we approve – payment via wire transfer. All Global Landscape Services LLC customers are responsible for any fees associated with sending a wire from their originating bank. Global Landscape Services LLC will cover the part of the wire transfer fee charged by its own bank or any intermediary banks involved in the receipt of the wire payment. The full amount owed must arrive at our bank without deductions. Customers are responsible for any debts arising from currency exchange.
All customers who have signed up for our services online are subject to our terms and conditions and have the option to upgrade their tickets at any time. To do this, customers will need to contact us at [email protected]. By upgrading your ticket, you consent to be charged the difference between the fees of the respective ticket editions.
You can request a downgrade of your ticket for the AffiliateExpo Conference event up to 45 days before the start of the event by contacting our support team. Downgrade requests will be honored upon receipt, and the refund for the difference in price will be processed once the request has been approved.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, the tickets will be delivered as an electronic soft-copy via email to the address provided by the customer. The ticket also serves as an electronic receipt. If requested, Global Landscape Services LLC will provide a formal company invoice.

Refunds will be issued according to the Italian law pertaining to refunds for events or concerts. Specifically, Article 88 of the Consumer Code (D. Lgs. 206/2005) states that “if the contract has been concluded off-premises or at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.” This is subject to certain exceptions, so please consult the law directly or obtain legal advice if necessary.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Paid tickets can be transferred in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note that free tickets cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy for Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled, we will fully refund the ticket price within a maximum of 30 days. If the event is rescheduled, we will process a refund if requested by the user; otherwise, the ticket will retain its validity for the new event dates.
Please note that the ticket prices include all the taxes including the VAT.
Expiration of Tickets
Tickets are valid until the end of the Affiliate Expo Conference event.
