Florin is a seasoned affiliate marketer who entered the Internet Marketing Industry in 2010, initially focusing on SEO consulting and link-building services. In 2011, he shifted to the Affiliate Marketing Industry, eventually co-founding an affiliate network in 2014. By 2016, this venture evolved into TrafficManager, where Florin now serves as Co-founder and CEO, offering a comprehensive SaaS solution to global advertisers and affiliate networks across various industries, including eCommerce, Finance, Casino, Nutra, and more. Presently, TrafficManager's technology is at the forefront, driving the majority of Italian and numerous European affiliate programs in the e-commerce and Cash on Delivery sectors.

Florin is also the co-organizer of the Affiliate Expo Conference, and the author of the book "How to Build and Manage an Affiliate Program or Affiliate Network", launched in August 2024 and available HERE and on Amazon for Kindle devices
